Gary Trinidad Method
I began my journey as a Reflexology and Massage Therapist back in the year 2000. To further my expertise, I completed TESDA Trainings to obtain my National Certificates. Since then, I have consistently attended seminars and training sessions to expand my knowledge and skills, enabling me to assist more patients in their healing process. In 2023, I pursued certification in the Gary Trinidad Method to specialize as a Filipino Bone Setter.
MEDICAL MISSION
Working alongside Sir Gary Trinidad and other Bone Setters, organized a medical mission at the Philippine Air Force, Fernando Air Base in Batangas. This showcases our dedication to providing a comprehensive Bone Setting approach and related medical assistance to those who needs our service.
And with this, I am open for more collaborations in the future.

Ang Bone Setting Therapy ay ang pag-aayos o pag-aalign ng mga "misaligned" na buto sa ating katawan.
Nakakatulong ang pag-aayos o pag-aalign ng mga buto upang ma-release ang naiipit na mga ugat na nagiging sanhi ng ibat ibang pananakit ng katawan at iba pang mga karamdaman.
Ano ang maitutulong ng Bone Setting Therapy sa ating katawan?
Napakahalagang maiayos ang mga buto upang masiguro natin na walang naiipit, o tinatamaan na hindi dapat tamaan, upang magkaron tayo ng mas maayos na daloy ng dugo.
Kapag maayos ang daloy ng dugo, walang mananakit, mamamanhid, o manghihina, at mas magiging malusog ang ating katawan.
Ano ang epekto ng 'misalignment' ng buto sa ating katawan?
Kapag ang buto ay wala sa kanyang tamang posisyon, ito ay may tinatamaan na hindi nya dapat tamaan, o iniipit ang mga katabi nito tulad ng muscles, ligaments, nerves, etc. Kapag ang nerves o mga ugat ay naiipit, ito ay nagbibigay ng problema sa mga parte ng katawan na dinadaluyan nito.
Mga problemang tulad ng pananakit, pamamanhid, at panghihina. Kadalasang nararamdaman natin ito sa leeg, balikat hanggang kamay, likod, at balakang hanggang paa. Ang lahat ng ito ay dahil sa kakulangan ng dugo na dumadaloy dito.

Bulacan, si Kuya Jay sobrang simple, humble but sobrang effective ang mga methods. Kakatapos lang ng pag bone settings sa akin dhil may nrramdaman ako sa buong katawan ko, after few minutes after ako iprocess, lahat ng mga parte ng katawan ko gumaan at nawala ung mga pains esp mga stifness due ng muscle imbalance.
